Please make use of Uber or alternative ride services, as no parking will be available at the event. Street parking in the surrounding areas is strictly prohibited.
Kindly note that any vehicles parked unlawfully may be towed, and the event organisers cannot accept responsibility for vehicles parked outside of designated areas.
Will there be food vendors on the day?
There will not be any food vendors on the day. Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic or pre-order a Gemelli picnic basket.
Will there be shade?
Umbrellas will be provided and placed throughout the East Bank for Amex Picnic guests to make use of.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Unfortunately, outside beverages are not permitted. A cash bar will be available offering a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Is there reserved seating?
As an added benefit for American Express Card Members, reserved front-row seating will be available for the first 100 picnic tickets purchased.
Once these have been allocated, seating will be unreserved. Guests are welcome to make use of the limited beanbags available, or bring their own picnic blankets or camp chairs.
Will there be parking?
Please note that no parking will be available at the event. Guests are strongly encouraged to make use of Uber or alternative taxi services.
- No beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) may be brought onto the premises.
- Picnic guests are welcome to bring their own food or may purchase a pre-reserved picnic basket (T&Cs apply).
- Parasols are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Firearms, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
